Support Group Meetings
Diabetes support groups are held on a quarterly basis and are complimentary for the public to attend. These groups are designed for adults 18 and older living with diabetes. Additionally, we encourage family members and support persons to attend.
At the support group meetings, attendees will explore diabetes management skills and have the opportunity to learn from occasional guest speakers. It is helpful to hear from other people with diabetes about their best practices and day-to-day management of their blood sugar levels.
